Student accommodation will be available from 12 noon on the Sunday
prior to the course start date. Accommodation must be vacated by 12
noon on the Saturday following the end of the student's course.

·Students should give advance notice of their expected arrival
time in order to ensure that someone is at home, so they do not
end up waiting in the street with their suitcases!
·The ideal arrival date is the Sunday before the course
begins.
· Once the reservation has been confirmed, we will send the
student the address of the family with which they are staying.
· Lunchtime in Spain is quite late, usually around 2.30pm,
with dinner usually at around 9 o'clock in the evening.
· The majority of families live within 10 and 25 minutes of
the school.
· Each family is carefully selected by our Accommodation Department.
· Students benefit from a welcoming atmosphere in a Spanish
family, that will allow them to become totally immersed in Spanish
culture.
· Some families will ask for a deposit of 2-4 weeks rent in
order to ensure proper and careful use of their house. This deposit
will be returned to the student by means of a bank transfer.
· In some homes, students will only be permitted to receive
calls, and will only be able to make outgoing calls with permission
from the family.

· Flats are all fully-equipped, with shared kitchen, dining
area, lounge and bathroom. Electricity, water and gas charges are
included in the rent, as is a weekly cleaning service.
· All of our flats are centrally located, within a 10-25
minute walk from the school.
Deposit
· Students will be required to leave a deposit of 2 weeks
rent when they pick up their keys in order to ensure the proper,
careful use of the flat. This deposit shall be returned to the student
by means of a bank transfer when the student has returned the key,
leaving the flat in the condition in which they found it.
· Students should try to arrive the Sunday before their course
begins.
· When their reservation is confirmed, students will be sent
the address of their flat.
